Wednesday, November 4 through November 14 The Shine exhibit at Photographs Do Not Bend (PDNB) offers a unique and interesting look at the art of a shoe shiners hustle. Shine, the first of PDNB’s fall exhibition’s features black and white vintage photos (taken mostly in NYC) of shoe shiners and shoe shine boxes that illustrate young, aggressive salesmen on their journey to success.
